1. Blade Lifting System
This gear chain system is designed to move the saw blade up or down without human power. The lifting power is drived from a blade wheel through a V-belt.
There is also a wheel for lifting up or lowering down the blade by hand. The transmission ratio is calculated so that ten revolutions of the handling wheel
is equivalent to 10mm vertical moving of blade. The accurate is +0.2/100mm height.
2. Wheel Driving V-belt Tensioner
The blade wheels are made of carbon steel that can work very well on wear condition due to metal-to-metal contact in comparision of cast iron.
In addition, the cracks or even breakdown usually occur in cast iron wheels when they are working in over stress conditions that can cause accidents to happen.
The wheels section profile is an arc in stead of flat and chamfer at both sides as the original ones that can help them to work longer and more stably.
To improve the useful life of machine and wheel bearings in special, the wheels should be balanced by uing a dynamic balancing system before assembling, moreover,
the distance between two bearings are also extended more to reduce the momentum acting on them when operating.
